Our Story

Montestellar was born in San Antonio, Texas, from one of those moments that feel written in the stars.

What began as a friendship at Montecristo became the first chapter of a dream: to create western-inspired boots with a fashion point of view — bold, feminine, handcrafted, and made to stand out.

The name Montestellar carries that beginning.

“Monte” comes from Montecristo, where the idea first came to life. “Stellar” represents the stars, the timing, and the feeling that everything was aligning exactly as it was meant to.

Today, Montestellar is led by founder and owner Edith Campos, who continues to shape the brand with a clear vision: to create statement leather boots for women who dress with intention and were never meant to blend in.

Each pair is handcrafted with genuine leather and finished by hand, so every boot carries its own signature. Natural markings, textures, and subtle variations are part of the beauty of the handmade process — a signature in every pair.
