Returns and exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges for items purchased from MONTESTELLAR within 15 days from the shipping date, only in the event of a manufacturer defect or a fulfillment error on our part.
All items must be in new, unused condition, with original packaging and tags intact.
Non-Eligible Items
- Final sale or promotional items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- We do not accept returns on personal care products or intimate items due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued only in cases of manufacturer defects or MONTESTELLAR errors after the returned item is received and inspected.
The refund will be processed to the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed upon with the customer.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer care team immediately. We will provide a prepaid return label and offer a replacement at no extra cost or a full refund, depending on your preference.
Size Exchanges

We’ll be happy to assist you in finding the correct fit and coordinating the exchange.
Please note: shipping costs for size exchanges are the customer's responsibility.
