You can request a size exchange within 15 days of receiving your boots. Items must be new and unused, with original packaging and tags intact. Shipping costs for size exchanges are your responsibility. Please email hello@montestellar.com for assistance. Final-sale and promotional items are not eligible for exchange.

Product arrived damaged. Per Mont Strllat website emailed email address on their website to initiate return. The email address bounced back (tried numerous times). Now I am in credit card dispute w/ Mont Stellar for only way I can communicate to return damaged product (no phone number on their website site either).
LOVE the boots, LOVE the style and quality would order another pair soon. I recommend this brand so much.
